2. Web access data and hosting

You can visit www.polygonplanet.de without declaring any information about your identity. www.polygonplanet.de is hosted by OVH GmbH. On each access the server stores the accessed file, your ip address, date and time of the request, the transfered amount of data, information about the used browser and operating system as well as the internetprovider used for the request.

3. Data transfer

We fullfill our contracts in accordance to the term 6 section 1 of the german data protection law DSGVO, if necessary for the execution of the contract we transfer personal data to third parties for example a payment service provider.

4. Data gathering and contract fullfillment

We gather personal data, if you share it with us using direct communication, e.g an E-Mail. We use the gathered data in accordance to term 6 section 1 of the german data protection law DSGVO.

5. Cookies, Web Tracking, Social Plugins etc

We abdicate the use of common tracking technology like google analytics, social media embed, tracking pixels, marketing cookies and similar technologies.

www.polygonplanet.de uses exclusively functional cookies that for example enable the use use of the Opt-In process for third party media and similar.

www.polygonplanet.de embed third party media. Only after consent has been given through the opt-in process a connection with the third party servers is established. The General terms and conditions of the respective third party apply.

according to term 15 pf the DSGVO you have the right to request information about the extent of your personalized data that we have gathered.
according to term 16 of the DSGVO you have the right for immediate correction of untrue or incomplete data
according to section 17 of the DSGVO you have the right to request the removal of our gathered personalized data.
